A complete renovation from the foundation up. A garage and new apartment were added along with the new foundation. The two upper floors were opened up to allow in daylight and east-facing views. The final result was a three bedroom, two bath primary residence. The original double-hip roof was replaced to permit the addition of a master bedroom, bath and deck facing the bay and Mt. Diablo to the east.
